The 4-Week Breathwork Live Challenge gives you a simple and supportive way to bring breathwork into your daily life.
Every week, you’ll join a 1,5 -hour live group session with Michaël. You’ll practice step by step, ask your questions, and receive direct guidance to make the techniques part of your routine. The program is from October 6th until November 2nd, 2025. The sessions are every Tuesday from 3:00–4:00 PM London time.
During the sessions, Michaël is available to answer your questions and offer personal feedback. You’ll also receive guidance to keep your practice steady throughout the course.
You’ll gain lifetime access to the Breath is Life Course. This includes 60+ video lessons, guided practices, worksheets, and audio files to deepen your understanding. The materials help you continue your practice and growth long after the 4 weeks end.

No experience is needed. The course is open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
This course is open to everyone — whether or not you’ve taken the Breath is Life course before. Together, we’ll go deeper into the art of pranayama and breathwork, supported by the power of group connection in our live online sessions. Along the way, you’ll receive personal guidance from Michaël Bijker to strengthen your practice and experience lasting transformation.
This program is designed to help you experience more calm, sharper focus, deeper sleep, higher energy, and greater clarity in your daily life.
The live program runs for 4 weeks with 4 live group sessions in total. You will get lifetime access to all course materials.
We recommend setting aside 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes in the evening for the guided video sessions. You can take a bit longer for journaling practices also.
Each weekly live session lasts 75min. Beyond that, you can practice whenever it fits your schedule.

That’s not a problem- all sessions are recorded, and you’ll have unlimited access to the replays whenever it suits you.
